Crafted from figured cherry veneers and popular solids finished in a Garnet Cherry, Wellington demands attention and adds distinction to any workspace. Brass pulls complement its traditional design. Classic details are showcased in picture framed panels, Corinthian acanthus leaf carvings, egg and dart molding, reeded pilasters, Palladian style arches and reverse diamond match veneer patterns. Construction - Construction consists of cherry veneers, wood and wood products with a Garnet Cherry finish. Drawers - feature solid wood construction with dovetail joints for strength and durability. Drawers feature a four-sided construction of 7/16" wood dovetailed to drawer front. Function - All drawers are suspended on metal, ball-bearing, fully extending slides. Box drawers have a 50-75 lb. load bearing rating; file drawers have a 150 lb. load bearing rating. File drawers are fully extending and equipped with a metal filing system to accept letter or legal size hanging files. Accent and task lighting are included on the overhead storage units. All cases are equipped with levelers to adjust for less than even flooring. Some center drawers are designed to function as a conventional center drawer or as a keyboard drawer. Locking drawers are found through-out the series.
